Shipping

Shipping Policy/ Processing time:

At The High Frequency Collection, we strive to ensure that each package arrives at its new home within an accurate timeframe. However, please be aware that there may be times when shipping takes longer than expected. This is often due to high order volumes, particularly during our major sales events, and/ or weather.

During these sales, please note that shipping may be delayed. By placing an order during such periods, you agree and understand that shipping times may be longer than normal.

Why Was I Charged Sales Tax?

The High Frequency Collection is required by law to charge sales tax, where applicable, based on state and local tax regulations, or wherever we are legally obligated to do so. Sales tax can vary depending on various factors related to your order.

How Is Sales Tax Calculated?

Sales tax, when applicable, will be charged on items purchased from The High Frequency Collection that are shipped to a U.S. address.

The amount of sales tax charged on any given order is determined by several factors, including but not limited to:

  • The type of item purchased

  • The buyer’s delivery address

  • The seller's return address

  • Shipping costs

Are There Any Additional Taxes or Duties for International Shipments?

Yes, additional taxes and duties may apply based on the destination of the shipment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the total value of the merchandise being delivered to each shipping address. For example, if you place multiple orders for different addresses, shipping charges will be calculated separately for each delivery.

Tracking Your Package

Tracking your order with The High Frequency Collection is simple. Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email with your FedEx, UPS, or USPS tracking number. You can also track your package through your The High Frequency Collection account by selecting your order under the "Order History" section. Each completed order will include a tracking number and a "Track It!" button located at the bottom of the invoice.

Damaged Packages

While we take great care to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well-protected, damage may occasionally occur during transit. If any of your items are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue. Please be aware that it will involve filing a claim with the official shipper (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). We insure packages up to $100 to assist with this process.
